Preparation of a master plan for regional employment / storage in the area of the Regional Council of Gderot, in the areas of Moshav Misgav Dov, adjacent to the Beit Raban interchange.

The main purpose of the plan, which covers an area 106 dunams, is the building of a logistics center of 34,000 square meters.

In addition, the plan designates an area of approximately 13 dunams for public buildings for the regional council, an area for a fueling and commercial station, new traffic arrangements and landscaping and parking areas.
